- Our Commitment
Protection Is Not Optional
The communities we serve especially children and vulnerable adults place enormous trust in us at some of the most difficult moments of their lives. Safeguarding that trust is a responsibility we take seriously across every program, every country and every level of our organization.
We maintain a zero-tolerance policy toward exploitation, abuse and harassment of any kind, whether involving staff, partners or anyone connected to our work. Every employee, volunteer and partner is required to follow our Safeguarding Policy and undergo training designed to prevent harm before it happens.
We also make it easy and safe for anyone staff, community members or partners to report concerns confidentially, without fear of retaliation. Every report is investigated thoroughly, and we take swift corrective action whenever our standards are not met.
