MEAL Framework

Monitoring, Evaluation, Accountability and Learning — how we measure what matters.

  • Our Approach

We Measure Impact, Not Just Activity

Delivering a program is only half the work knowing whether it's actually making a difference is the other half. Our MEAL Framework (Monitoring, Evaluation, Accountability and Learning) is how we track outcomes, stay accountable to the communities we serve, and continuously improve the way we work.

We collect data throughout every program cycle, not just at the end, so we can identify what's working and adjust quickly when it isn't. This means regular field monitoring, structured evaluations, and feedback mechanisms that let the communities we serve tell us directly whether our programs are meeting their needs.

Accountability runs both ways. We report our results transparently to donors, partners and the public and we also listen closely to community feedback, treating it as a critical source of learning rather than a formality. This framework is what allows us to keep improving, program after program, region after region.
