Employment and Career Development
Helping people overcome barriers to work and build careers that last.
- Our Approach
From Job Seeker to Sustainable Career
Finding good work can be difficult, especially for newcomers and underserved communities who face barriers such as limited experience, language challenges, lack of networks or unfamiliar job markets. Our Employment and Career Development programs help people overcome these barriers and move toward financial independence.
We support job seekers at every step, from career guidance and job-readiness training to employment counselling and help with applications and interviews. Each participant is supported based on their skills, goals and circumstances, not a one-size-fits-all plan.
Beyond the first job, we focus on long-term success. By connecting participants to workforce opportunities and employers, we help people build meaningful, sustainable careers that strengthen their families and their communities.
