Integrity Is Not Negotiable
The people we serve place enormous trust in us often at the most vulnerable moments of their lives. Our Ethics Committee exists to protect that trust, ensuring every member of our organization, from field staff to senior leadership, is held to the highest standards of conduct.
The Committee oversees our Code of Conduct, investigates concerns raised through our Ethics Hotline, and ensures safeguarding policies are followed across every program and every country we work in. We maintain a zero-tolerance approach to exploitation, abuse, fraud and misconduct of any kind.
Anyone staff, partners, or the communities we serve can raise a concern confidentially, without fear of retaliation. We investigate every report thoroughly and take corrective action when our standards are not met.
